A Little About Me …
Hi, I’m Kyle and I am so glad that you are here!
I am a Brooklyn-based Pilates instructor, strength coach, educator, former dance artist, lifelong student, Integrative Health Coach, and movement optimist! As a trainer, I am known for empowering all of my clients to move intelligently, powerfully, and fearlessly within their own practice. My mission is to help you realize your optimal level of health, happiness, and physical freedom through movement and lifestyle habits that are sustainable for the long term.
When I am not busy teaching or thinking about health and fitness I love to travel, eat deliciously, and get outside with my husband Micah and our corgi pup Mooseilauke!
I believe in starting from the premise that you and your body are capable of incredible things.
